Watercolor Foamiran Flowers

 It is not the first time I made flowers to match the scrapbooking paper.

This time I challenged myself to create roses similar to those in new Lemoncraft 'Silence' collection.

Why challenged? Because the flowers on the papers are watercolored and I wasn't sure if I can achieve a similar effect.

The roses are pink in the center and blue on the bottom.

For die-cutting I used Lady E Design dies Flower 001, Flower 004 and Flower 8 for smaller roses, 

to color the foam I used pink and blue Gelatos - Faber Castell

So I did color 2 layers in pink and 2 in blue then add a bit of blue on the pink on the middle layer so the color would nicely change from pink to blue. To achieve the watercolor effect I used dump sponge, applying the color is super easy.

I love how delicate the roses are, soft and yummy like a candyfloss :)
